Miss Ashley - Owner

Montana born and raised, I have been working in childcare since 2015. My journey began when I became a mom and wanted a career that allowed me to spend more time with my daughter while doing something I loved. What started as a way to be close to my own child quickly turned into a passion for caring for and educating children of all ages.

After gaining experience in multiple childcare settings, I decided to follow my dream and open The Hive Childcare in 2022.

As both a mother and a childcare provider, I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident and comfortable with the people caring for their children. I believe every child deserves a safe, loving, structured, and FUN environment where they can learn, grow, explore, and be themselves.

My goal has always been to create more than just a childcare facility. I wanted to build a community where children feel loved, parents feel supported, and staff feel valued.

I am incredibly proud of what The Hive has become and look forward to continuing to provide quality childcare to families throughout our community! 💛

Miss.Grace - Bumblebee room

Hi! I’m Miss Grace, the lead teacher in the Bumblebees room here at The Hive. I’ve been a part of this amazing community for about a year, and every day I feel lucky to do what I love. Watching the children hit new milestones—whether it’s a first word, a new friendship, or a burst of confidence—is truly the most rewarding part of my work.

What I didn’t expect when I started was how much the kids would teach me, too. They’ve brought out a whole new side of me—one that’s more playful, patient, and present. I strive to create a warm, safe, and joyful space where each child can grow, explore, and feel celebrated for exactly who they are.

Mrs.Audrey - Baby bees

Hello! I am Mrs. Audrey, an early childhood education teachers assistant at The Hive and a momma of 2 boys! I absolutely love being apart of the hive, the days I spend here are always amazing! I enjoy working with kids of all ages and taking time to learn about each and every one of them. On my spare time I like to cook for my family, have movie nights, doing any and all crafts, reading books, and spending quality time with my husband and our 2 boys. I have spent most of my life being around kids and babysitting for friends and family. My favorite thing about working at The Hive is spending time with all the kids and celebrating milestones with them big or small!

Hi, I’m Miss.Jess!

I am a wife and a proud mom of three. I moved around quite a bit growing up, but I was primarily raised in Troy, Montana, where much of my family is from. From a young age, I’ve naturally been someone who cares for others, and that has played a big part in shaping who I am today.

I became a mom in 2012 and spent several years as a stay-at-home parent. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of fields, but nothing has been as meaningful or rewarding to me as working with children.

As a lead teacher, I thrive to create a classroom where children feel safe, welcomed, encouraged, and excited to learn. One of my favorite parts of early childhood education is watching each child develop their own personality, confidence, independence, and friendships. I feel incredibly fortunate to not only spend more time with my own children, but also to play a small part in the lives of so many wonderful children and their families.

I truly believe childcare should feel like an extension of home—a place where families know their children are loved, supported, and given opportunities to learn and grow every single day.

I hope you will consider making The Hive your second family. I can’t wait to get to know you and help your little ones learn, grow, and thrive!

Hi! I’m Miss Kaitlyn! I’ve been working in childcare for 12 years, and caring for children has always been one of my greatest passions. I absolutely love watching children learn, grow, and blossom into their own amazing little people. Being able to guide them through their early years, celebrate their milestones, and build meaningful connections with them is truly one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

I’m also a mom to two beautiful, wild, and wonderful kiddos of my own, and I’m currently expecting another little one! When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, camping, fishing, exploring the outdoors, or searching for the coolest rocks I can find.

I feel incredibly lucky to spend my days doing something I love and to have the opportunity to be a small part of so many children’s lives as they learn, grow, and discover the world around them.

My name is Jessica, and I live in Bigfork with my husband and two boys—13 and 10. I’ve worked with kids since high school and have a degree in Elementary Education. I love to read, go out on the boat with my family, and volunteer with new moms in the community.

Hi! My name is Tilynne, and I’m the Lead Teacher for the Busy Bees classroom at The Hive Daycare.

I am a proud mom to two wonderful sons who inspire me every day. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me hiking, at the gym, or spending quality time with my friends and family.

Working with children has always been my passion, and I feel incredibly blessed to do what I love every day. There is nothing more rewarding than helping children learn, grow, and build confidence as they explore the world around them. Being a part of their early years gives me so much fulfillment and purpose, and I truly cherish the opportunity to make a positive impact in each child’s life.

Hi, my name is Bethany!

I’m the Lead Teacher in The Hive Preschool room!

Being a mom myself, I understand how important it is to know your child is receiving love, care, and attention while they’re away from you.

I love building relationships with the children in my classroom, getting to know their individual personalities, and creating fun activities that help them learn, explore, and grow!

When I’m not at work, I’m usually spending time at home with my child and our dogs. I also love horses, the outdoors, and the rodeo!

I’m so excited to be part of The Hive and to watch our little Explorers grow!

Hi! My name is Sophie, I am 20 years old ,and I am the assistant teacher of the Buzzing Buddies room! I have been teaching for a little over a year, both here and in Washington. I grew up in Kalispell with my big beautiful family. I have always loved taking care of kids and being someone they can come to for comfort, love and support. My biggest goal while working at the Hive is to help kids learn and grow, to better understand themselves in this big world, and to just be kind.

Miss.Dakotah

I was born in Kentucky but moved to the Flathead Valley when I was just a baby, so Montana has always been my home. I’m a proud wife and mama to my one-year-old daughter. I’ve worked in childcare for about four years, but this is my first year at The Hive!

I’ve been babysitting for most of my life, and caring for children has always been something I truly love. I strive to make sure each child has a good day and feels safe, loved, and understood while they’re in my care. Some of the kids I’ve babysat over the years have already graduated from high school! It’s so special to see all the things they’ve accomplished. Even though I may have only been a small part of their lives when they were younger, I still think of them often and will always be cheering them on.

I would describe myself as bubbly, sarcastic, and always up for an adventure. When I’m not at work, I love camping, spending time at the lake, and making memories with my family.

I met my husband when I was just six years old!
We built our forever home in 2025
The year after I graduated high school, I was asked to participate in the Miss Montana pageant. I got a wild hair and said yes! No, I did not win but it was fun nonetheless
