Miss.Ashley - owner
I am Montana born and raised. I have always enjoyed working with children but didn't jump in as a career until my daughter was born because I wanted that extra time with her. What better way then having the ability to take her to work with me? (She is almost 10 and I'm still here) I fell in love with working with children of all ages. I have worked in multiple childcare settings but decided it was time for my own in 2022. Our children deserve the BEST childcare. I believe in having FUN, learning lots, the importance of structure, and creating an environment everyone is happy with.
Mrs.Michelle
Hi everyone! My name is Michelle, and I am an assistant teacher at the hive working with the “Bumble Bees ” group. I was previously a stay at home mom for almost 2 years, before finding The Hive. It’s been such a blessing to be able to care for your littles, while also having my little become great friends with them as well. A little about myself is, I am a fur mom as well, I own an Australian Shepherd and a black cat with the coolest eyes (green and blue). I absolutely love drawing, painting, and crafting. I took classes all throughout high school and college when it came to the arts. I have been around children most of my life through babysitting, working with kids, or just my oh so many cousins. I am fluent in two languages, and I am also a certified Medical Assistant. I enjoy hopefully meeting and seeing you all around, don’t be afraid to say hi!
Mrs.Audrey - Baby bees
Hello! I am Mrs. Audrey, an early childhood education teachers assistant at The Hive and a momma of 2 boys! I absolutely love being apart of the hive, the days I spend here are always amazing! I enjoy working with kids of all ages and taking time to learn about each and every one of them. On my spare time I like to cook for my family, have movie nights, doing any and all crafts, reading books, and spending quality time with my husband and our 2 boys. I have spent most of my life being around kids and babysitting for friends and family. My favorite thing about working at The Hive is spending time with all the kids and celebrating milestones with them big or small!
Miss.Grace - Bumblebee room
Hi! I’m Miss Grace, the lead teacher in the Bumblebees room here at The Hive. I’ve been a part of this amazing community for about a year, and every day I feel lucky to do what I love. Watching the children hit new milestones—whether it’s a first word, a new friendship, or a burst of confidence—is truly the most rewarding part of my work.
What I didn’t expect when I started was how much the kids would teach me, too. They’ve brought out a whole new side of me—one that’s more playful, patient, and present. I strive to create a warm, safe, and joyful space where each child can grow, explore, and feel celebrated for exactly who they are.
Hi, I’m Jess! First & foremost, I am a mother of three & a wife to a self- trained chef. I moved around a lot as a child, but was mainly raised in Troy, Montana where much of my family are from. I grew up pretty quick & always felt the need to take care of others as much as I could.
Once I first became a mother in 2012, I was a stay at home mom for three years, then on & off from there. I worked in a variety of fields, but working in childcare has certainly felt the most rewarding. Not only do I get the opportunity to spend time with my own children, but I get the chance to help raise some pretty spectacular children as well.
I hope you consider making The Hive your second family so we can help your babies grow!
Hi guys! Im Miss Kaitlyn. Ive worked in childcare for 11 years now and have an immense love for children of all ages. It is an absolute pleasure to watch them blossom into amazing little humans and help guide them throughout their childhood, while forming friendships with them like none other. I am also a mom to 2 beautiful, wild kiddos. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my own babies and family, camping, fishing and finding the coolest rocks outside!'
